@Kochie87 according to Pac they already have people in mind for the new "content mod" position, i doubt they will need help when those get added.

There are 123 game requests in the queue, which at about 30 an hour would take about 4 hours. Most of the time is spent on confusing requests and sorting through flash games, seeing if games are identical, seeing if games need to go in series, etc. Yours is not at the front of the queue and I didn't spend 4 hours clearing it last night. Also for reference I think the number is more like 80 submitted per week. I've been really busy with work and I haven't written guidelines for others to take over the job and still be able to handle things in a somewhat consistent manner. I do want to turn this over, but doing so without guidelines would result in substantial inconsistencies on processing.

Content mods aren't fully coded yet. The position exists but the privileges for the position don't.

Just hold your horses and wait. Nothing's going anywhere, and mods being appointed doesn't mean that extra positions will never crop up in the future.

(I do agree that I wouldn't fancy the chances of certain individuals for these positions, though.)

Roughly like 3 content mods? Maybe another full mod? Content mod privileges were somewhat laid out, but not exactly finalized. I'd like to get away from being the single source for a lot of the day to day requests over time.

We certainly don't need less people on site staff. Social media links are typically handled by Pac. I don't really have an opinion on them.
