I have a japanese n64 now and all I need now is an input display and I like this one but i dont know what its called if anyone knows that will be great!

That input display is (most likely) coming from a program called NintendoSpy.

The way an input display works is that the controller input gets run through something like an Arduino and that allows it to be split so that it connects to your console like normal and also connect to your PC through USB. Once it's connected through USB, it can be read with NintendoSpy and you can have skins applied to it to view it in a controller like the one in the video.

Unless you have experience with electronics and things like soldering, this isn't something you can do on your own and you'll have to find someone who can build an input display for you. Once you have that, NintendoSpy is trivial.

Thanks for the reply! So if I cant use nintendo spy I will probably just get a camera and point it at my controlller while playing
