How to fix having two runs in the same leaderboard ?

Hi,

So I've noticed a small problem with the leaderboard of Nintendogs. We are two runners (for now) and the other runner is the moderator.

I submitted runs with an european version of the game (The other runner with an USA one) and then I got JPN version because text in the contests is faster. I made a new run with that which was obviously better than my previous one due to the faster text. I submitted it and the mod accepted it, but now there is a problem with the leaderboard. Here is a screenshoot : http://puu.sh/sgH3p/b9348e402e.jpg

As you can see, my name is in it twice : My new run with JPN as 1st place, and my old run with EUR on 3rd place but with a - symbole instead of "3rd" next to it. I also see both of these runs in my profile page without clicking on "Show obselete runs"

The problem might get even worse as the other runner bought JPN version too and he'll get it soon probably.

Is there a setting the moderator can change in the leaderboard settings for this to stop hapenning ? We have a discord and we are both on it so communication with him if he needs to make changes to fix that should be easy.

Thanks for your answers.

I said him that I guess he will fix it when he comes online. Thanks for the answer ;)

This would be "regions obsolete each other" rather than platforms (the game has only 1 platform)

Yeah, this is a multi-region issue. If the game moderator doesn't feel like it's a problem and won't address it, there's nothing doing. At least the runs are showing up properly though.

Depending on the game, different regions or platforms can have significant differences in gameplay.

But now that I think about it, those cases might warrant a separate category, rather than ranking them against each other.
