as long as you never paused the timer and simply just highlight and put in the description for the next part it should be fine.
Add the first part in the link box, if you add the other parts in the comments they will be automatically embedded like on the forums. Example: http://www.speedrunrecords.com/Grand_Theft_Auto_Vice_City/run/636
The submission procedure will probably get changed it the future to make submitting multiple parts a bit more straightforward, but for now just do the above and it'll work.
haha this happens to me quite often when I stream. I just upload it in multiple parts. It's annoying, but if it's not allowed then you have to scratch out a lot of my PBs and records
