so i am getting into running pokemon i was wondering what the best way would be using a n64 with the pokemon stadium pak or using a gamecube player connected from a gameboy advance sp also merry xmas

Just for clarification, a SuperGameboy 2 (and any JP SNES games) will work on an American SNES if you just remove the little plastic tabs inside the cartridge slot. It's not hard and takes no time at all with some pliers. If you have a SNES ready, and don't want to hunt down a gameboy player startup disc (which can run kinda expensive) then go that route. Otherwise Gameboy player all the way.

Also a note about the Gameboy player - the actual player doesn't depend on region, but make sure your startup disc matches the region of your Gamecube.
