That is something to take to the mods of the game, not out here in the open.

However there are multiple ways to get rapidfire going without a macro or program with controllers. Many PC controllers have a turbo function, and the steam controller has an option to rapidly repress the button too.

Discuss it with the moderators. In general it's frowned upon, but JP communities have allowed turbo in the past for some runs. It's possible the moderators weren't aware turbo was used as you're claiming. (I don't have enough knowledge of the game to tell just by glancing.)

Japan generally considers autofire to be a separate category in scorerunning. I don't think it was ever really considered for speedrunning and is currently up to a given game's community. For what it's worth, HoD is a typical scorerunning game.
