Hello! I am trying to learn to speedrun Dishonored, I had issues with my fps cap and just managed to fix it in the most recent version, I got it uncapped.

Then I applied the patch for v1.2 and it reset my files so I changed them back to what I had previously but the fps cap remained (130fps cap) which is the issue I've had before.

Not sure what to do now, I've run out of options. I want the uncapped fps so I can use the elevator glitches (e.g prison elevator glitch requires around 200 fps).

In the file DefaultEngine.ini I changed:

• bSmoothFramerate = FALSE (Tried TRUE with MaxSmoothedFrameRate=250, remained capped at 130fps).

I can see this issue may be slightly complicated but I really will appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!
