A few suggestions

I'm not sure if these have been suggested before. ¤ How about on some IL levels the category can be global? I mean there are some levels where requirements for any% and 100% are the same so it's weird to add the same run on different categories which are practicaly one category. ¤ Also what about when editing a run, there can be some variables that aren't so important to review the whole run again. I have edited a Banjo-Kazooie run where i changed the Region from None to PAL and the moderator that reviewed it, had probably check the whole run again which is painful, and it could be checked from the first seconds if it's PAL or not. It could be like highlighting the differences between the old verified version and the new edited one.

Unlikely to change the review process - what if someone edits a crucial factor that determines the game time?

As it stands, there isn't an excessive volume of runs being submitted to the site to require that change, moderators can deal with their games, or add more moderators. If that changes later on, we can have a look at it.

Regarding the first point, that falls under how the moderators of a game, and it's community, choose to set up their categories (and therefore submission) regarding how everything is divided up. Default is that you have a Any% category, 100% category, and then the ILs in the specific section they can make for that.

If a user just takes their IL from their Any%/100% run, that usually counts. Again, it's up to the mods and the community to set it up how they see fit.
