Hey all... Mega Man 2 has been revered as the best (or one of) in the series. I noticed of all the versions of MM, this game is not listed here on speedrun.com. Any idea as to why not?
I'd be willing to ask some of the various moderators from MMLB.net and SR.com about it. I personally would very much like to see Mega Man 2 be represented on SR.com.
Some communities have their own boards that they don't want to be duplicated. That's really all there is to it. For the longest time, there was no Super Metroid board here, despite it being one of the most revered games in speedrunning.
I messaged IonG while he was still a series mod. His response was that he mostly just takes care of Mega Man 7 and to ask Joka about Mega Man 2, which is probably a good idea since he runs MMLB.net and is the only series mod left on SR.com as of the time of this writing. I'll hit him up and see what he says.
Edit: Joka's Twitch doesn't allow him to see my whispers so I sent the other type of Twitch message. Let's hope he sees it. I know I never check those things.
