I find it desirable to record at 10, 000 kbps or higher, then compressed it.

If u record at 2000kbps the quality is somewhat not good as compare to 10000 then compressed it.

My run is rejected. No hard feelings bcoz rules are rules. FPS must be displayed (i didnt know when I first upload my run). However, I showed at the start of the video the settings is at 60 FPS. Maybe can we consider that in the future?

The game most speedrunners finished in under an hour, but currently i can finish at under one and half, but things happens.

The pause dont count the time, and OBS can pause the recording, and be continued if u can play again.

But im not sure if the pausing can be noticeable in naked eye, or experts can see that?

Due to 2 mins pause restriction in particular game im playing, i paused my game and paused my OBS recorder so it wont be noticeable if I paused for too long.

I do this bcoz sometimes I have to do the nature's call.

You can try Resident Evil 2 remake. The game has lots of replayability for speedrun.
