Should we add a no cutscence any% and 100% category?
It just seems to make sense to be honest, it seems a little glitchy to me
Let me quell your fears. I can guarantee you the saving behavior is 100% intended. If you want you can run the game without skipping the cutscenes, in order to relive the hilarious and heartbreaking moments from this game's deep story.

It's easier just to skip the cutscenes. You can do so by pressing A, B, +, and - at the same time. The game will automatically reset.
