1. Get a GBA emulator and the rom for this game (not linking ROM sites here, look for that yourself)

You can find the save file in resources

They are all .sps files so in your emulator you need to "import GameShark save" and open the save file (Choose one with everything unlocked) After that you enter the game press load and its the first save in there and just open it.

3. How to run this game

Techniques: Give yourself a huge boost by pressing A right before the last light lights up when a race is about to start. Practice this its easy to do consistently

Try releasing the acceleration button to gain control. Only necessary on hard.

No major skips have been found other than just driving your character as efficiently as possible as far as i know. Minimize drifting by jumping and turning by spamming the arrow key for maximum control. Cut corners as close to the wall as possible. Try to pick up blue bells whenever possible but its not always worth it unless you come up with better routing for them. Up to personal judgement.
