tiers were really mean, and polt was a troll. shoulda died to atma but 6 hp FTW

Mod Edit: Had to add ~32s to the time because a ROM was used that does not have a splash screen, saving 8s / reset roughly. Honest mistake but unfortunatley has to be adjusted.
