There's a single break on 6:40:45 (on the video, not splits) until 7:00:13. So 20min of break. Should comply with the rules since it was past the 4h mark.

Holy crap, this is shorter than SMG2 but it's a LOT more demanding.

That ending was really dumb though, in the two segmented runs I did, I never had a problem with not jumping/throwing cappy enough. Still, happy with how I did everything.
