And you beat me to it. I was just about to make a post with almost exactly the same content. Load screens on QS are just the worst :(
I mean, that seems a little unfair. I mean running it is a nightmare but people should be allowed to competitively run it IMO
The only thing I personally think the port fixed was the menu. It feels a bit more responsive and quicker, but it might be placebo because of how shit the original menu is, but I see no reason to run this instead of the original.
Thinking of starting to run this game, but just so I can separate the sarcasm from the actual, is SE the same as normal Skyrim? Or are there actual differences for running?
if you read the posts in this thread you should see that SE is pretty much the same. You should rather play the normal skyrim as nothing has been found (yet) in SE.
Well, I have SE DL'd instead of normal, and I'm not waiting 3 days for my slow AF comp to DL it AGAIN. Them to SE it up then.
How much difference could you roughly see in load comparison to the 2 games, im contemplating which one to pick up since I might consider runs in the future
Does this overall effect the final outcome of a speedrun time or just the pleasure of the run?
