This is not going to really happen. Defining 100% for any Mario and Luigi game is considered to be very arbitrary as the games never explicitly tells you that the game is "completed", hence why there are no other 100% categories for the other Mario and Luigi games. It is also doesn't really help that this game's speedrunning community is extremely inactive.
