I don't think I'm capable of a faster run than this without an amount of grinding that isn't really worthwhile. With my current execution I could do sub-4 if I'm lucky. Marx and Galacta both behaved for once and the only really bad parts of this run were not great luck on LLLs and not my best Dedede.
