Some more info I found.

Sasuke Run- Sense Orochi's Jestu counter is base on distance when comboing. Getting the Scroll is now pointless.

Naruto is the worst.

#1 Naruto's Combo is so slow that anyone can interrupt it including basic enemies. #2 Naruto's Scroll is not worth getting ether. #3 Because of Naruto's Slow Combo you will need to use Jetsus for ALL Boss fights. #4 Naruto's Jetsu Charge is a little slower so it takes a little longer. #5 Because of #4, I want a new Rule added that the Rock Lee Heal Skip is banned for the Naruto Route. It is possible for Naruto to do it, but it requires RNG to let the Combo actually finish at the Right time. Damage is random too so afterwards you might need to do ether 2 or 3 Perfect Frame Outputs for the Jetsus(Outputs because you release the button for the Jetsus). #6 The second Skip that you have in your Video, Naruto cannot do it. #7 That new Skip I found on the Very Last Stage IS Required if you want Naruto to get there as fast as Sasuke's Route.

There are only a few good things about running Naruto.

#1 First Boss can be One Shot by using Sexy Jetsu at Yellow Bar(Harem Jetsu). #2 Kiba Boss can take 2 Bars of damage by using Naruto Uzimaki Barrage in Red Bar(Fart) #3 I don't know why, but Orochi is the only Enemy/Boss in the game where Naruto's Combo works fine. Maybe because Orochi was more of an Enemy for Sasuke so he's weak to Naruto? Other then that reason I can think of, I have no idea why.

I hope this gets fixed soon as I want to speedrun this again, but I won't have the motivation until the Rules are fixed.

A few things I want to say here.

#1 The second skip in your video IS a skip, BUT It's not faster. Take the Ground Scroll at the start and go underground like normal. If done really well, it's actually faster by 1 or 2 seconds. Your choice if it's worth more risk.

#2 About the Rock Lee Healing Skip. Make sure you have about Half a Jetsu Bar before entering the fight.

What you want to do is do a full combo attack on him and then he's move to the other side. Keep doing this until when your last punch makes him fall and he's down to 1 1/2 bars of HP. Then like always he'll go past you to the other side.

Punch in that direction and hold to start charging Jetsu before he gets up to do that. Charge until you just get to Yellow on Fireball Jetsu and release. Once your Jetsu is done, quickly move a little closer to Rock Lee and charge Jetsu and do Fireball Jetsu in Red bar. After that Jetsu is done move a lttile closer again and Charge, but this time only charge until Yellow on Shirurkin Jetsu and release.

If done right he'll die and doesn't get to heal. This does work on BOTH Rock Lee fights, though the 2nd one is hard to pull off as you got to do it very fast. If the 2nd Rock Lee messes up your combo too much due to his speed, then you might not be able to do it at that point.

This saves about 15-20 seconds on both fights. So you can save up to 40 seconds if you get both.

#3 On the First School Academy Stage at the very end before the small hole that takes you to the Boss, there is a hole before that. Take that and head down right and crawl under a path and go right. A huge Scroll should appear. This gives every character a New Jetsu. In Sasuke's case it's Lions Barrage.

This when Charged to the Yellow Bar does a little under a Bar of HP Damage(Like a little Square shape less). Why get it if it's just a little stronger? Because all of the Bosses from 2nd School Academy Boss and onward like to dodge your Jetsu Moves. Lions Barrage has a 3/4 Screen range hit and if you face them, they can't dodge it, INCLUDING THE FINAL BOSS JERK HIMSELF. Lions Barrage is useful on 2nd Academy Boss and Final Boss.

#4 If you do get Lions Barrage you must use it on Final Boss or you won't save any time. Don't worry though because as soon as you are charging for a Jetsu, even if the Boss uses a jetsu too, they can't hurt you at all when you are charging. Just wait until you get to Yellow Bar Lions Barrage and release. Have NOT tested to see how much time this saves. Guessing around 15 seconds.

A while back Daneildfrz, Werster, and I all decided on the rules on separate story runs. Can use a completed file, use default Emerl, and timer ends when the screen fades to black/before the Journal Text. Well someone has messed up the rules.

Now it says you have to use a new file,use any cards that you get during it, and when credits roll. One Major Problem: That's what Any% is FailFish.

There are a number of things that makes it faster.

#1 You only grab the equipment you need in Onett. You do nothing else in Onett. You Skip the rest of it. #2 When you go get Poo, those levels still go to Poo even though you're Ness. This will help big time. #3 Once you get to the Fight with Giygas, Poo can use PSI Starstorm Omega, maybe even twice.

The one problem being that I have no idea how to figure out RNG Manipulation. I do know however what needs to happen. Reset after save in video to reset RNG.

You need to go though almost all of the Magicant path without fighting anything. I say almost because now that you have 4 Characters, you need more Exp. to get the right PSI.

RNG Manipulate the game to where you fight those DNA??? Monsters that don't attack you at the end of the path where the stick is. I don't know how many you need to fight. I'm guess around 8 or 12. So 2 fight of 4 or 3 fights of 4.

After that do what the old route was already doing.

Give Jeff Horn of Life before Giygas fight if Poo can use Starstorm Omega Twice.

The Giygas fight will be different depending on how many times Poo can use PSI Starstorm. If only once, use it on Porky. If twice, use one on Porky, Poo will probable die do the Giygas' Reflection. Use Jeff to revive Poo. Then wait until the 2nd phase starts(Where you see Giygas' face for the first time) and use PSI Starstorm a 2nd time.

The Strat I found might be very useful. Have only 1 wall for leveling Power and then for the whole Junior Group you level power as well.

After that ether first Senior Level Power then the rest for Control or First 2 Power then other 2 Control. Then right after the Senior Group, go get the Large Racket at the Equipment Shop.

This seems like the best route.

  1. Junior-Senior at Max Power or 9-9-9, instead of hitting the ball the other direction, Aim right at the opponent. Most of the time the ball will ether go right through them or hit them in the face. Hitting them in the face is actually faster then even hitting the ball the other way by about half to 1 second.

  2. With one wall, you will have enough power to do the "Face" Strat at the beginning and onward as long as you keep increasing your power.

  3. Even with getting the Large Racket, you'll save time doing it with 1 Wall then with 2 or 3 Walls.

  4. Large Racket gives you Control which should give you enough control for the Tournament. You'll lose 1 Server and 1 Stroke in Power though. Shouldn't be too much of a problem.

  5. Your Acing ability should be the same.

  6. I found this idea while also getting the low Exp amount from defeating the opponents. Getting the high Exp amount will make this a lot better.

I haven't tried the Tournament yet. For some reason I've been having problems with Drop Shots. The game doesn't seem to notice my input. I know it's not my emulator because I've never had the problem within the 5+ Years of me playing the game. That's why I've been getting the low Exp too.
