I realize this is way after the rest of these posts but how do you get the Dark Gem that drops you down to Elder Astor without the Hunter section? Is it possible to pseudo-infinite jump all the way up those walls or am I just missing something obvious haha

So all of the other tricks and skips other than skipping into bosses are okay? Like I can swim over a level just fine or do the charge jump trick to get weird places?

Is this a different category than any% glitchless? I'm looking for something that isn't any% because boss rushes can get stale. The new tricks seem like they could make 40 Dark Gem a fun category but I don't know if I can use those new tricks.
