Sub 7 hype! (retime: 6:58.3) Nearly perfect run except the final boss fight (again!). I missed my last charged ring throw, so I had to hit the boss once more. I could have lost the run to it, but I got very lucky on the last hit (insta-grab when I recovered).

Just a week ago I had zero confidence to ever get sub 7, and here it is! New strats and better consistency helped tremendously. I still want to push the game a little more since I'm not happy with this mistake at the very end of the run. We'll see!
