Route:

1. Kill the sheep (do NOT become the sheep) Don't miss any bites, it takes 6 total to kill Optimal- Jump/bite¹ to push the sheep closer to the teleporter before grabbing the energy
2. Get the energy, run to the teleporter before "you got the energy" text appears
3. Stand on the teleport until "finish the mission first" text appears
4. Run back to the sheep, swap into it before "finish the mission first" text disappears
5. Go to the teleporter

Techniques

¹Jump/bite- Jump towards the sheep and land near its back, bite as you land. Ensure you jump toward the sheep from a distance so your bite has forward momentum and it pushes the sheep farther. Don't spend too much time doing this. If the "push r to swap" text goes away before you grab the energy, you took too long.

Explanation: This route seems kind of obscure for such a simple level, but it lets you sort of skip a cutscene, kind of. Basically, when the teleporter activates, a cutscene plays showing the teleporter. You cannot normally move during this cutscene, so watching the cutscene is slow. You CAN cutscene skip it to allow you to move during the cutscene, but if you walk onto the teleporter during the cutscene you get a double exit-animation, which is really slow. For some reason, completing the sheep objective while the "finish the mission first" text is still on screen allows you to move during the cutscene AND go on the teleporter without getting a double exit-animation. It works. Don't question it.
