Serpent Hunter Chainsaw Route, made huge mistakes with Volcano Manor wrong warp which I attribute to nerves, and maliketh fight which I attribute to me being stupid. Just came back to regain my 14th title after someone beat a bunch of times and sent me to 15th. Still have time I can save but probably won't try again until someone beats it. Speedrunning hurts my soul. (also will probably have to make some better splits if I'm gonna put in the effort to increase my time by anything more than 30 seconds)
