King's Quest is heavily RNG. Things that can affect your run are:

• Elf spawning
• Witch spawn in house
• Witch return to house
• Time for Giant to sleep
• Various enemies spawning
• Bird spawning

The hardest part is remembering the screen routing, and climbing the beanstalk.
