Does the time pause for loading screens? Also are we supposed to run it solo or co-op?

A timer for any speedrun usually doesn't warrant pausing unless its an extreme circumstance. Running it solo or Co-Op is your choice

I wonder why my run was excluded, it is imaginable again and nobody approves.
