I made a lot of changes to the decks and switched to aggro shaman for most battles, which is the main reason for the improvement.
Everything went pretty well, but it could certainly still be improved by one or two minutes with a very lucky run.

A loadless timer for Hearthstone has been made recently by Streetbackguy.
