This is the perfect setup for the fastest death (four 2 blocks in a row) which allows for acute-angled shots as shown in the first four shots. The fifth and seventh shot werent as tight and I will guess lost around .3-5 so I wouldnt hesitate to say that 9.99 IS possible :)
