Time starts when you select new game
Clock Tower Square Intro text talk (via the R button to duel) to the main character of the game (Yugi, Mai, Bonz, Weevil, and Mako) before returning back to the Center square by the Clock. From this screen move south to activate the cutscene, then duel the guy in the Orange Shirt. After the duel, remember to TALK TO HIM to activate Arkana appearing in the card shop. Leave the Clock Tower Square and enter the Card Shop
Card Shop Enter the card shop and go into the basement to duel Arkana. After defeating Arkana go upstairs, use the code machine, and enter the following codes:

Leave the Shop enter Clock Tower Square
Clock Tower Square Go to the far north eastern panel where you first are after leaving your house. Enter the alley and duel the third person. Enter the graveyard and Duel Bonz to obtain a locator card. After defeating Bonz head back to the town square and move North into the alleyway. Defeat the 3 Espa brothers to obtain a locator card. After defeating Espa, go to the South Eastern quadrant of the map and duel Rex to obtain a locator card. Exit the Clock Tower Square and enter the Park
The Park
- Go to the South Eastern quadrant and duel Weevil's 3 lackeys. Once they are defeated you can take on Weevil himself for another locator card.
DECK EDIT 2: Search by SUMMON Flame Viper – Remove 2 Flame Dancer – Remove Search by COST Ancient Lamp – Add 3
Exit the Park and enter the Clock Tower Square
Clock Tower Square Go to the South Western quadrant and take the path that leads to the card shop Enter the card shop and talk to Marik Leave Clock Tower Square and enter Bulding
Building Enter the building and talk to Joey Leave the building and enter the Bridge
Bridge Watch Kaiba cutscene Cross to the bottom via the plank then make your way up to the top part of the map to Duel Strings After defeating Strings exit the Brindge and enter the Aquarium
Aquarium Enter the Aquarium and Duel both the Boyfriend and Girlfriend located in front of the tank. After defeating the two move north and duel the random kid After defeating the kid Duel Joey After defeating Joey Duel Mako to obtain a locator card. Talk to Mako after defeating him so he leaves the area. Leave the Aquarium and enter the Clock Tower Square
Clock Tower Square Go to the Card Shop and talk to Yugi Leave the card shop and enter the Town Square. Head North to where Espa once was to Duel the first Ghoul. Leave the Clock Tower Square and enter the Aquarium
Aquarium Enter the Aquarium and duel the Ghoul. Leave the Aquarium and enter the Bridge.
Bridge Duel the Ghoul Leave the Bridge and enter the Art area.
Art Duel the Ghoul. Leave the Art area and enter the Park
Park Go to the South Eastern quadrant where Weevil was and Duel Bandit Keith. Leave the Park and enter the Clock Tower Square
Clock Tower Square Go to the Card Shop and talk to Yugi Go to the South Eastern quadrant where Rex was and take the path to Kaiba Corps. Duel the Security Guard. Leave the Clock Tower Square and go to the Building
Building Duel Lumis/Umbra Leave the Bulding and enter the Art area
Art Talk to Kaiba Leave Art area and enter Pier
Pier Duel Bandit Keith Advanced North and Duel the Marik controlled Joey After defeating Joey you will be transported back to the Clock Tower Square Card Shop. Leave Clock Tower Square and head to the Art area.
Art Enter the Museum and duel Isizu Duel Kaiba Leave the Art area and enter the Clock Tower Square
Clock Tower Square Go to the Card Shop. You will be transported to the Stadium Site.
Stadium Site Head North and talk to everyone before talking to the Security Guard. Duel Odion Leave Joey's room and go to floor one. Go East to enter the selection room. Talk to everybody before talking to Mokuba. You will be transported to Kaiba Corp. Island
Kaiba Corp. Island Head North into the building. Talk to the Security Guard and duel Yugi Duel Marik.
Time stops when the “You have obtained the Winged Dragon of Ra” text appears
