I mostly followed the same route that was used for the previous WR, though I used a Gravity Dive when the previous run used Gravity Control about halfway through the course. My first lap could be improved upon (see my Fastest Lap record) and a Meteor Burst was missed in the last lap, so the record could be taken at least a second lower.

Unless you can find a consistent setup to get four Meteor Bursts during every lap, you're gonna be stuck in RNG hell trying to get WR. The closest I could find to a setup was to ride along the left purple line leading up to the Meteor Burst room, then just before you enter, make a sharp right and Gravity Dive. I've gotten more consistent Meteor Bursts doing this than going straight into the room.
