I'm pretty happy with this run. I managed to get some pretty decent luck with the random encounters, and the realization that ability to sleep in the wilderness is tied to hunger allowed me to spend time very quickly passing days.

Run is not free from mistakes of course. There are still a few moments where I forgot something and needed to double back, and I still don't know which dialogue options are required for marriage. I also don't believe I need to actually give Salim the black lotus and lethe water. Still, this run represents a huge step up.
