This is just a route I've finally settled on as a beginner after trying all the various options. Message me with any questions or suggestions.

--- Cycle 1 --- Happy Mask skip, then reset once cutscene starts. Grandma to third day. Scarecrow dance (Trading Post) to third night. Stray Fairy in East. Stock Pot Inn rupees. Back walk out of East to Termina Field, then enter North. Magic. Deposit 90 rupees. Gainer to clock tower (wait till midnight). Bubble, get Ocarina, equip it, Song of Time, reset on choosing "Yes".

--- Cycle 2 --- Song of Healing. Silver Rupee in East. Buy Bomb Bag and Bombchus, equip both (leave Ocarina). Hidden Owl (using all your Bombchus close to loading zone). Void out, then withdraw 90 rupees and buy 20 bombchus. Equip Deku Mask, then leave through South. Wear Deku Mask, then back walk to flower just outside Observatory. Fly in, use telescope, get Moon's Tear. Use two bombs to hover over the fence. Wear Deku Mask again, then back walk to Gossip Stone. Stop time by using Ocarina and immediately canceling in front of it. Back walk the next area and go to Southern Swamp. Lost Woods (LRRSLL), talk to Koume. Get Bottle from Kotake. Skip Big Octo, clip cliff, and fly to Song of Soaring. Deku Palace, go left, hover onto walls, fly to Sonata of Awakening. Equip Bottle over bombs, and index warp to Mountain Village. Get bombs by owl if you need them, then go to Goron Village. Remove Deku Mask, then soar to Great Bay. Get Mikau to shore, double roll forward and overlap Bottle cutscene. Song of Healing, get Zora Mask. Equip Bombs over Bottle, and Zora Mask over Ocarina; swim to Pirate's fortress. Swim to Goron switch, then bomb hover across. Wear Zora Mask, stun pirate by ladder, climb ladder, stun pirate across bridge. Wear Deku Mask, watch cutscene, bubble wasp hive. Leave room, side hop to the right, get Hookshot. Remove Deku Mask, equip Bottle over Bombs, Hookshot over Deku Mask. Get Zora Egg, ESS to play Ocarina underwater (or float up if missed); soar to Great Bay. Equip Bombs over Bottle, dupe Zora Egg over Moon's Tear six times, then drop the real one. New Wave Bossa Nova cutscene skip; soar to Great Bay. Swim to Zora Cape, pick up Magic (and Bombs and Fairy if needed). Turtle Cutscene Skip. Equip Hookshot over Bottle, and Hookshot onto Turtle. Great Bay Boss Key Skip; defeat Gyorg and get remains; learn Oath to Order. Equip Ocarina over Bombs, and Deku Mask over Zora Mask. Get Bombs if low, Fairy if you like, soar to Woodfall, play Sonata of Awakening. Hookshot torch, then Hookshot next torch, and go get the bow. Equip Zora over Deku, clip into pillar, store Song of Time (use Bomb if helpful). Equip Bombs over Ocarina (if not already equipped), and Bombchu over Hookshot. Drop Bomb to stop moths, clip into pillar, downstairs Boss Key Skip. Equip Bow over Bombchu, and Deku Mask over Bombs. Bring up Song of Time text during the fight, get Odolwa's remains, save and reset.

--- Cycle 3 --- Zora side hop from bench for Silver Rupee in East. Buy Bombs and two sets of Bombchu by mashing. Equip Ocarina over Bow, soar to Woodfall. Go to Fairy Fountain, wear Zora, equip Bombs and Bombchu over Deku and Ocarina. Alternate Exit to Snowhead, ISG, blow up snowball. Lullaby Skip (if buffering super slide, use Bombchu along the edge instead - no RNG). Wear Zora, push block, go right (reload Bombs with Zora fire voiding if necessary). Hookshot chest to cross bridge and go upstairs. Weird Shot chest to go up. Bomb jumps to get across (use floor for first one if you like). Get Fire Arrow (ISG for second phase if timing is bad). Hookshot torch, hover to snowballs, blow them up, go up. Fall right, use torch to get out of bounds, store Song of Time (reload bombs if necessary). Hover across, then Boss Key Skip. Bring up text during Goht quick fight, get Goht's Remains, save and reset.

--- Cycle 4 --- Soar to Stone Tower. Get Bombs, Arrows, Magic, and Fairy. Stop time with Bottled Fairy on right switch, go across and enter Stone Tower. Go right, Zora Bomb clip through Sun Block, get small key, come back and use it. Beat Boes, Weird Shot to chest past Sun Block; get Bomb drop from Nejiron. Weird Shot to fire chest, defeat Garo Master, Light Arrow, death warp or soar to entrance. Weird Shot jewel to flip Stone Tower; store Song of Time. Enter Stone Tower and go right, light arrow Sun Block. Use Jump Attack recoil to get onto bridge, Recoil Flip to Eyegore. Defeat Eyegore with two Bombs, or Light Arrow if out of Bombs. Reload Bombs, Arrows, and Magic, then Boss Key Skip. Defeat Twinmold with Bomb, Fire and Light Arrows, Twinmold's remains, save and reset.

--- Cycle 5 --- Bombs from Termina Field (fairy from Gossip Stone if you like). Hover into Clock Tower using dog. Oath to Order. Back walk to Majora (or super slide). Defeat all masks in Mask phase to prevent disruption. Arrows to stun Incarnation, try to lock. Stun lock Wrath, and win.
