Wii Party's Japanese disc behaves very strangely when used on an American console. Random in-game text is translated, but a lot of it just isn't, or has placeholder data. As far as I can tell it doesn't affect the functionality of the game though, and I'm loading it from an actual disc, so I'd like to think that there's no problems with me using this as a platform.

I'm also not 100% sure on retiming standards used for this game. I did first frame where VICTORY appears minus the first frame the START button changed color, but I'm not sure if I did that right, and I realized later I could be starting from Restart instead.
