Hoping to popularize the bottom route of Wacky Workbench 1 as all the platform oscillation has been reverted to CD93 consistency. The route is extremely consistent for full game runs, apart from the final pause buffer Super Peel Out.
Positioning on that final yellow block is key, if you charge your Super Peel Out on the middle or right, you'll have to airbrake around the platform you land on and moonwalk-run backwards before you time travel. Position yourself on the left, and you can release the peelout Holding Neutral, and don't press forward again until the timewarp happens. This is both more consistent, and faster than trying to manage your airbrakes.
If you release the Super Peel Out a frame or two early, you're still looking at a sub 30 second time.
If you grab the Past Sign by accident, at 14 seconds, jump on the platforms to the launcher to avoid time warping early. Then use the old pause buffer for the yellow block, because it will be falling instead of rising when your Super Peel Out is done charging. You'll still beat the old CD11 WR.
