I optimized my movement and cleaned up my execution to shave off a few more seconds for this WR. Dhalsim's trials are mostly easy but you need to have a setup in mind for a few of them.

On Trial 16 I figured out you can hit Dan on his 2nd jump instead of waiting for the 3rd, but it's very precise to save less than a second.

I couldn't figure out a way to combo Lv. 2 Focus Attack into U2 on Trial 17, it would save time if it is possible. I think Dan just becomes airborne too early.
