Looks like there is a bug where if you simply wait an extended amount of time, all of the trucks start getting closer together, allowing you to skip a bunch of trucks/sections saving tonnes of time.

I was wondering how Tempest got those extra 4 seconds! Turns out you can get a lot more than that.
