I was expecting for this not to PB due to my catches/Pokemon management being terrible, but then Starmie went ahead and carried the entire endgame on its back. Good SpAtk and Speed, never missed Hydro Pump. Now I just need good catches AND good Starmie and that's EZPZ sub-3:15 at the very least C:
