I stopped timing when the in-game timer in the top left corner stopped counting down after their third miss. That's when the shootout is officially over, because they couldn't tie it back up, down by 3 with only 2 shots left.

The actual shootout used starts at 4:33. I just kept the whole video so you could see me pick rookie at the beginning.
