Find a new skip in this level. I don't get it everytime, I can't find a good setup for this one. It's a bit dangerous because if you miss the setup you can die and loose the shield. But if you got it without dying, you can use it to skip the moving plateform part. Again you have to be precise with the twirl because if you are too high when you hit the spikes, you'll be bump in the wrong direction and won't be able to dash on the plateform.
