A better Sagat would have probably made this run a 23. Only 4 ''useless'' rounds, so we're getting close to a quite optimal run with those strats. I had been working on new strats on Blank, Ryu, Honda and Balrog (Boxer), but they don't fit well yet in RTA. So I decided to comeback to my former strats on that run.
