Another easy World Record that I got by thinking out of the box. The trick is to kill the No Son Of Mine mission to get a zero star wanted level glitch. On PSP it can be done by activating Course 1 shortly after starting the mission. After that get a flamethrower and use it to get Salvatore out of the Leone Sentinel (thanks to @Lennart for this strat). The rest is obvious.
