Click the hourglass in the site menu, click "View All" to see your pending actions, click on the run in question, click the three dots in the top-right, then click "Delete run" in the drop-down menu.

Error in timing shouldn't matter anyway. If the verifying mod knows what they're doing, they'll manually retime the run to make sure it's accurate.

but there's only "edit run" button

The Delete button is only available for accounts older than 1 week for abuse prevention reasons, which is why it's not showing up for you.
