Probably not speed games :D But if anyone has any good examples of games that just cheer you up, make you feel happy, let me know.

One for me is Banjo Kazooie (since I don't run it and never will). The music, the visuals, the fun platforming, it's just pure happiness.

Persona 4. My favourite game of all time, and for the most part, a fairly happy and bubbly game.

Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Woolly World, Star Fox Adventures, just nice relaxing video games that are superb when you just want to focus casually instead of the never ending grind

Any of the Patapon games put me in a good mood. Every single time.

Life is Strange is always a good choice.

NO IM KIDDING DONT ACTUALLY EVER PLAY THAT GAME EVER

Life is Strange is a sad game, but don't not play it. It's made very well. As for a happy game, Portal 2 is hilarious, and the game always makes you laugh.

SUPER MARIO 64! :D I even sent an email to the voice actor Charles Martinet thanking him for cheering me up every day. Anytime I was sad I'd come home from school turn on the game and jump around listening to Mario go WOO HOO! YA HA! WOOPIE! Anytime I'd feel tense I'd go and sit in Jolly Roger Bay, listening to the song, Dire Dire Docks. For years of my life, I played SM64 and I've never got tired of it.The more I learned about it the more I loved it. It truly revolutionized the gaming world and even technology in general. It has so many mechanics that I'd love to see in other games. This game truly goes behind anything people thought it would have. The fun game play withstands the test of time. The nostalgic fun upbeat music and voice or Mario is amazing. The game is perfect for speedrunning or a casual player. The movement of Mario is so good. Every course was constructed beautifully and unique in every way. Item placement is well done. Iconic well-designed enemies. Fun bosses and places to explore. The bright colors and wonderful art design. This game is everything I could ever want. The only issue with the game is the outdated graphics and coding. Quite honestly I could name off a million different things I personally love about this game, but I think I've made the point clear enough already. This is my favorite game and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

I'll admit the camera is also a bit annoying. :P

Have you played Super Mario Sunshine? If that's your opinion of SM64, you've got to try it
