Good speed in the whole setup-phase. Maybe it is possible to directly trigger the Faeries, which is the first "forced wait" to go on. The alternative is to immediately claim with the Imp and try to go on to the hero fortress whilst battling the Faeries. I probably will try this the next time. First mistake at 3:43 where I use the level 1 Imp ONLY slapped, this causes the first one to die, as it is not quick enough to claim the ground without speed. When I start connecting/deconnecting the bridge at 5:20 I should 1: Dig out the Treasure room as well as mine all the Gold. This proves later to be a huge time-loss at the end. Obviously that the Wizard as well as the imp at 7:40 dies is quite stupid, probably lost a heap of time there as well. At 9:36 I should KEEP MINING and doing home control better. Generic poor endgame handling there, basically because I don't make it that far that often... Lightning strikes at the end lack gold, losing a considerable amount of time. An okay run over all, can get hella lot better but was for sure better than the last.
