13.1 - 1:06:59.3 This one is genuinely confusing. I have palyed this game multiple times and I've never seen the credits. I ended the time when the final cutscene comes up since that is when the story is completed but that wouldn't work with the other run because he never beat the final race at 1st therefore he never actually completed the story.
