ugh fine I found that you can hold right during the blackness after death, and the cursor will go right to HET so you just let go of right and mash start. ez 18 I'm getting 18.84 with my timing method (first frame of black at the start to first frame of HET), I think this is faster than Asher's but I'm not going to ask for milliseconds to be involved since you'd need accurate frame counts from raw footage instead of comparing youtube videos, and there may also be emulator differences (I'm using Fusion 3.64) so yeah, tie
