Comment for split file: On Nue and Gate Fight time is taken on opening the first door after the fight. On Boss rush, the time is taken on the black screen after the travel talisman. On all other bosses, the time is taken at the blackscreen after defeating them. I only manually added the RTA no Load times.

Mission/Region order in NG+ runs
From now on, NG+ runs will require the regions to be played in order for clarity's sake. Mission order is still up to the player, except in All Dojo Missions, where you must start from the top (Basic Action Controls) and end in the bottom of the list (Dancing Tonfa).
