Not a particularly polished run, but it works as a proof of concept. Also thanks to those who've previously been running and glitch hunting (and some YouTube commenters) for a lot of these tricks and level routes.

The route order was based on the most terrifying sections being done first (mainly LIFE to A6) and the splits' square brackets were for level select inputs.

For the life realm, the rail grinding should be ~45secs of time save, but it's comically dangerous, and the save/quit is fore core manipulation to do them in 50secs (1min total). In A1 I took the safe counter-clockwise route to the switch instead of jumping clockwise because of dying there last time and I bailed on doing fast flower 2 because I didn't trust it. Note in F4: skipping the platform cutscene will soft lock the entire level after it rotates once, so don't use it non-cheat-heavy runs. In E6 I failed grabbing/bouncing off the tree at the start, which I could then use to get to hill above the plateau and slide-jump to the geyser, getting to the first spotlight ~10secs faster. I save and quit in the water guardian fight because the game doesn't seem to care about that cutscene and sometimes the tentacles can spawn right away after reloading (I think it's ~8-10secs faster).

The early game was shockingly good, I otherwise let a few LIFE and TOWN fails through. While there's small time losses all over the place (loading screens might also play a part in this, but I'm not sure), it's mainly D1 at the end where I lost ~50secs: ~25secs because I lost my nerve, and ~25secs to having the worst Spider Balthazar I think I've ever had: 6 explosions, 5 hit, with 3 double-hitting.

It could've been a 42, and I can see a 41 with these strategies and some grinding (my golds stand at 41:01), but this category is stressful.
