Timing runs is usually pretty simple, and can be done using a variety of tools. The basic procedure entails opening your video in an appropriate tool, whether that be a video editor, a Chrome extension, or an external site deesigned for timing. Once you do that, simply set the start and end frames of the run based on the category's ruleset, and use the tool's readout to determine what your time is.
