If you're going to remove turbo submissions please remove them all.

Your speed is beyond what is capable without a turbo setting on your controller or emulator. My run was deleted for the same exact reason, and so I'm requesting that your run be removed too. Repost one without the turbo setting.

Pausing to skip SFX is not against the rules, but turbo is.

Changing configurations on your emulator so that inputs can be entered faster is an unfair advantage. I do not feel that I need to clarify the rules further. I feel the rules are reasonably understandable as they are.

I will gladly try for a sub 7:10 run without any use of turbo once fair competition comes along..

Games like these, such as fester's quest, should most likely be recorded live and with physical hardware while seeing the person play... Can't handle the rules, then go fuck yourself. Playing these games without any vid proof should not even be tolerated. Or just create a category for "turbo" itself. If no proof, everything falls into the "turbo" Category.

Given what I read and now I've seen this response, you can guarantee any time I run this game from here on out, it'll be with handcam. Did a bit of attempts yesterday and got 7:10 on it. The game is rough on my arm for extended periods. But yeah, no harm no foul. If you guys wanna take down my vid, it doesn't bother me if you want to do hand verification for top runs. Here was yesterday's stream:
