A few things to note:

• at 2:51 I lowered the fps 20 so the body gets pushed more down
• If when you try to unstuck at 8:43 you get: "you don't appear to be stuck" it's because you are touching the left frame of the door, in the run I slightly tap D to prevent that
• at 17:19; 21:50, the reason snarks are falling faster is because I changed the fps to 20
