The timer on screen was manual and not completely representative of the time.

After I finished the run I downloaded it and put it into Premiere Pro. The run is 3 minutes 21 seconds and 11 frames. The video runs at 30 fps so that comes out to 334 milliseconds. I rounded it up to 400 milliseconds for convenience sake.
